We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team at GRO Marketing, working with a diverse portfolio of brands across Malta.

Creativity is essential. You’ll also need a valid driving licence and be an active driver, as this role involves being out and about capturing content for our clients.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and develop creative video concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Visit client locations to film content.
• Edit videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Research trends, music, audio, hashtags and creative formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Plan social media content calendars.

Requirements

• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels including platform trends and best practices.
• Strong filming and video editing skills using mobile devices and editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
• An eye for composition, lighting, audio and visual detail.
• Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively for different brands.
• Confidence filming on location and directing clients when required.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, experiment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
