We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to produce engaging short-form video content for a diverse portfolio of clients across Malta.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and develop creative video concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Visit client locations to film content.
• Edit videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Research trends, music, audio, hashtags and creative formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Create shot lists and prepare for content days.
• Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Optimise videos for each platform and audience.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and editing techniques.
• Manage multiple client projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels including platform trends and best practices.
• Strong filming and video editing skills using mobile devices and editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
• An eye for composition, lighting, audio and visual detail.
• Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively for different brands.
• Confidence filming on location and directing clients when required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, experiment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
