GRO Marketing is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing & Design Assistant to support our marketing and creative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally fluent and eager to learn within a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Marketing & Design Assistant supports the agency’s marketing and creative teams in delivering high-quality content, campaigns, and visual assets for clients. This role involves assisting with graphic design, social media content creation, marketing tasks, and general project support across multiple client accounts.

The role will involve assisting with the creation of visual assets, adapting artwork for different formats, and ensuring all work follows client brand guidelines. The Marketing and Design Assistant will also support social media content creation and scheduling, assist with marketing campaigns and presentations, help with basic website content updates, and organise digital assets and files.

Skills & Requirements
Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
